• Firstly,on your mtn sim send D to 5900 and you'll be given 150MB .
• Download Simple server apk here and install
• Create a new access point with the following settings

Apn : web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net 
Proxy : 127.0.0.1
Port : 8080 and save as default

• Launch simple server and set the following:-
• Connection settings: 
• Proxy host:-10.199.212.2
• Port:8080
