Without much hesitation let's proceed on how you could set-up your device to enjoy this. 

First thing to do is to subscribe to Etisalat Social media daily by dailing *200*3*4*2*1*1# Cost N100 and weekly social media by dailing *200*3*4*2*2*1# Cost N300.   

After successful activation,download latest psiphon apk Here and install.

Set your phone on a new APN with the settings :   
Apn : etisalat   
Leave port and proxy empty.   
Launch and set your application with the following settings  

• Thick remove port

• Proxy type : Real Host

• Proxy server : de.blackberry.com

• Real  Proxy Type : Default

• Now Scroll down and click save

• Once you save you'll get a pop up message like the image below just select tunnel whole device

• Navigate to options and select country as United States

• Tap on Start to connect

• Viola,you can now browse with all apps.
